Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female outpatients of national legal age with informed consent for adults aged 45 to 80 years; 2. Patients with positive primary screening or physical examination of colorectal cancer to be examined by awake enteroscopy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Endoscopy within 1 year; 2. Previous abdominal and pelvic surgery history; 3. Previous radiotherapy history of abdomen and pelvis; 4. There is clear active lower gastrointestinal bleeding; 5. Existing or suspected hereditary colorectal polyposis, inflammatory bowel disease or inflammatory bowel disease; 6. Uncontrolled hypertension (untreated systolic > 160 mmHg, or diastolic > 95 mmHg); 7. History of stroke, coronary artery disease or vascular disease; 8. Pregnant; 9. No bowel preparation; 10. Refusal to undergo a conscious enteroscopy.
