DEX1 group:0.25%ropivacaine with 0.1µg/kg dexmedetomidine per side

DEX2 group:0.25%ropivacaine with 0.3µg/kg dexmedetomidine per side

DEX3 group:0.25%ropivacaine with 0.5µg/kg dexmedetomidine per side

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I~II patients for elective laparoscopic gynecological surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Local anaesthetic allergy, diabetes mellitus, mental disorder, drug addicts, opioid addicts, using sedative and analgesic drugs 24 hours before surgery, using antiemetic drugs 24 hours before surgery, shock patients, shingles and neuralgia, patients do not understand the visual ambiguity score (VAS) and patients cannot use PCA.
