18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy adults aged 18-30 years without hypertension; 2. diabetes and other chronic diseases; 3. no smoking, drinking habits; 4. in recent 1 month no infectious diseases; 5. did not participate in regular exercise for at least half a year, especially to muscle training; 6. in recent 1 month did not take drugs; 7. no family genetic history.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. X-ray radiography, CT or MRI and other specialist examination has a clear discogenic disease or other cervical diseases; 2. There is a definite sternocleidomastoid myopathy; 3. pregnant women; 4. do not follow visiting.
