Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inpatients undergoing elective thoracoscopic surgery; 2. Aged>60 years; 3. ASAI-II grade; 4. Signing informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who refuse thoracic paravertebral nerve block; 2. People with abnormal blood coagulation function; 3. People with infection at the puncture site; 4. People with central nervous system disease; 5. People with a history of spine or thoracic deformity, trauma or long-term low back pain; 6. Those who have taken psychotropic drugs and analgesics for a long time; 7. Those who are allergic to local anesthetics or opioids; 8. Those with liver and kidney dysfunction; 9. Those who have a history of thoracotomy.
