18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male aged >18years; 2. PSA4-20ng/ml, digital rectal examination positive and negative; 3. Prostate biopsy should be undergone; 4. Voluntary participation and informed consent signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary insomnia caused by depression, anxiety disorder, panic disorder and other mental disorders; Caffeine, alcohol and drug abuse and insomnia due to dependence; 2. Surgery and chemotherapy were planned during the trial; 3. Tumor-induced pain grading index = 4; 4. Expected survival =1 year; 5. Patients suffering from severe cognitive impairment and unable to participate in cooperation; 6. Severe ulcer, abscess and skin infection at the acupuncture site; 7. Severe heart, brain, liver, renal insufficiency, decompensated pulmonary insufficiency or other serious diseases of the system; 8. Pregnant or lactating women; 9. Participate in other clinical medical trials and studies within one month.
