Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. It Conforms to the diagnostic criteria for stroke in theCerebrovascular disease diagnostic criteriadeveloped by the 4th National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases in 1995.Also it was confirmed by the brain CT or MRI as the first onset; 2. The patient's life is stable and consciousness is clear; 3. Paralyzed upper limb on the Brunnstrom assessment phase III and above; 4. The course of the disease is within 1 month of onset; 5. The patient or the entrusted family signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of epilepsy or are taking anti-epileptic drugs to prevent seizures; 2. Important organ failure such as heart, lung, liver and kidney; 3. Unable to cooperate with the completion of test tasks due to serious cognitive and communication barriers; 4. patients with pacemakers, intracranial metal implants and other in vivo metal implants or skull defects; 5. The patient's condition deteriorates and a new infarct or increased cerebral hemorrhage occurs.
