18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years old; 2. Single hopeless incisor in the maxilla (12-22) due to root fracture, trauma, non-restorable residual tooth and root resorption; 3. Healthy periodontal conditions of the neighboring teeth; 4. Intact buccal bone after extraction and at least 35N/cm insertion torch after implant insertion; 5. Willing to participate in this clinical study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of periodontal disease with attachment loss of the extracted or the neighboring teeth; 2. Buccal plate deficiency after extraction; 3. Poor bone quantity or quality that cannot fulfill implant placement with at least 35N/cm insertion torque; 4. Other local or general health conditions that would contra-indicate implant surgery.
