Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Normal control: 1. no serious physical disease, no mental illness; 2. the psychological assessment has reached the corresponding standard and there is no history of mental illness; 3. aged 18 to 40 years; 4. have not taken immunomodulators or hormone preparations for at least half a year; 5. have not taken any psychotropic drugs or antipyretic analgesics for at least 2 weeks; 6. no acute or chronic infection, no history of trauma, inflammation, fever or allergy in the past 2 weeks; 7. no history of alcohol or drug abuse, no history of stroke, diabetes or heart disease; 8. normal visual acuity or corrected visual acuity; 9. right-handed. Depression group: 1. meeting dsm-5 diagnostic criteria for depression, screened and diagnosed by psychiatrists; 2. conforming to the diagnostic criteria for depression of the Hamilton depression scale (17-item version) (hamd-17) (points for HAMD >7); 3. aged 18 to 40 years; 4. no serious physical illness, no other mental illness; 5. have not taken immunomodulators or hormone preparations for at least half a year; 6. no acute or chronic infection, no history of trauma, inflammation, fever or allergy in the past 2 weeks; 7. no history of alcohol or drug abuse, no history of stroke, diabetes or heart disease; 8. normal visual acuity or corrected visual acuity; 9. right-handed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. combined with other psychiatric symptoms, such as severe anxiety, manic attack, schizophrenia, etc.; 2. a history of craniocerebral trauma; 3. complicated with liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, endocrine system and other serious diseases and osteoarthrosis; 4. metal implants in the body; 5. claustrophobia.
