40 Years to 76 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants who fulfilled the diagnostic criteria of Parkinson's disease or parkinsonism, dominated by freezing of gait; Aged 40 to 76 years; Parkinsonism indicates the patients present with multiple system atrophy (MSA-P) or progressive superanuclear palsy (PSP), also dominated by freezing of gait, aged 40 to 76 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious cognitive impairment, mental illnesses or other serious complications; 2. Can not finish long-term follow-up; 3. There are infectious foci at the surgical area.
