Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged >=18 years; 2. patients diagnosed with cancer and admitted to hospital for the first time; 3. DT 4 or more points; 4. life expectancy is greater than one year; 5. conscious; 6. ability to read and write Chinese (junior high school or above); 7. agree to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. unable to complete the questionnaire with history of mental illness or hearing impairment or communication difficulty, etc.; 2. those who have received psychological counseling or psychotherapy within 3 months; 3. those who are taking anti-anxiety and depression drugs; 4. those who cannot walk.
