Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with non-traumatic avascular necrosis of the femoral head diagnosed in our hospital at ARCO stage I to IIIa; 2. patients who will were followed up after surgical treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: According to the purpose of this study, combined with other diseases of the hip joint; other orthopedic diseases of the lower extremities; severe degeneration of the hip joint; combined with systemic diseases can not move independently; patients with previous surgical history of the hip joint can not participate in this study; patients who are participating in other clinical trials; researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical trials.
