18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I to III; 2. Aged 18 to 80 years; 3. Weight 45 ~ 80 kg; 4. Liver function child A-B grade.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) ChildC level of liver function in patients ;Patients with obvious dysfunction of heart, brain, lung, liver or kidney; (2) Transference to laparotomy during operation; (3) Allergic to local anesthetics; (4) Mental patients; (5) Local skin infection at the puncture point; (6) Peripheral neuropathy; (7) Patients with coagulation dysfunction; (8) Opioid abuse; (9) Patients who were unable to complete with NRS scoring; (10) Serious accidents occurred during the operation, such as serious cardiovascular events, anaphylactic shock and other adverse events; (11) Preoperative immune dysfunction (rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, diabetes, thyroid disease); (12) Patients refused to participate in the study.
