50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Selected patients who planned to undergo total knee arthroplasty; 2. Aged 50-80 years, ASA grades II-III; 3. voluntarily sign the informed consent; 4. Normal communication and learning ability.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Knee replacement caused by trauma; 2. Allergic to the drugs required in the study; 3. There are contraindications for nerve block; 4. History of severe sinus bradysis < 50 / min, pathological sinus node syndrome, 2-degree type 2 atrioventricular block or severe arrhythmia affecting hemodynamic stability, cardiac insufficiency or heart failure; 5. A history of opioid use; 6. Neurological or psychiatric complications (clear sequelae of cerebral infarction, dementia, etc.). 7. Failed preoperative screening of MoCA
