Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with severe lower limb ischemic disease, including thromboangiitis obliterans, arteriosclerotic obliterans, and diabetic foot

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who do not agree to undergo lumbar sympathetic nerve defect surgery or have contraindications; 2. Patients with severe renal insufficiency who cannot undergo ceus examination.
