18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. pathological diagnosed be adenocarcinoma of gastric; 2. Undergo totally laparoscopic distal gastrectomy; 3. clinical staging assessed as resectable; 4. Aged 18-70 years old; 5. PS score 0-1; 6. sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Received neoadjuvant chemo/radio therapy; 2. Synchronous malignant tumors in other sites; 3. Preoperative infection or scar at the incision area; 4. History of skin disease or diabetes; 5. Emergency surgery.
