18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) In line with the diagnostic criteria for stroke; (2) The course of disease is less than 6 months; (3) Unilateral limb hemiplegia; (4) Aged >=18 years old, no language communication barriers, able to understand basic instructions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with other serious effects on the upper limb, such as rheumatoid arthritis, cervical spondylosis, spinal cord injury, various skin diseases, upper limb trauma, etc.; (2) Patients with Severe congestive heart failure, unstable angina, recent myocardial infarction, acute pulmonary embolism or pulmonary infarction, ii-iii degree atrioventricular block, rapid atrial/ventricular arrhythmia, severe aortic stenosis, uncontrolled hypertension, ventricular wall aneurysm, severe pulmonary hypertension, etc.; (3) Patients with new lower limb deep vein thrombosis, severe infection, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, severe fracture osteoporosis, etc.; (4) Patients do not cooperate with grip strength and cardiopulmonary exercise test measurement; (5) Patients with obvious mental illness and cognitive dysfunction.
