18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Definite diagnosis of Type 2 diabetes based on the criteria of WHO on 1999; aged 18 to 75 years; BMI 20-40 kg/m2; No hypoglycemic treatment before; The hypoglycemic treatment was previously given for a short period (1 month) but has been discontinued for 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with HbA1c>=9% or FBG>=11.1mmol/L who need insulin treatment; Dapagliflozin has been previously given before; Allergic to SGLT2; Pregnant or lactating patients; Type 1 diabetes or other special type of diabetes; Patients with ketoacidosis; Patients with urinary tract infection or Patients with genital infection;Bladder cancer; Patients with severe hypotension; Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; Patients recently be given growth hormone, cortisol, diuretics and other medications that may affect blood glucose level.
