Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. postoperative diagnosis of congenital heart disease; 2. Aged 0-18 years old; 3. undergo congenital heart surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass; 4. transfer to ICU after surgery; 5. sedation and ventilator-assisted ventilation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. the blood pressure decreased progressively, and the progressive decrease of heart rate and blood oxygen saturation could not be maintained. it is necessary to rescue children with external thoracic compression immediately; 2. children with arrhythmia or temporary pacemaker after operation; 3. skin diseases in head and neck, chest and thigh affect electrode adhesion; 4. those who are extremely allergic to electrode pasting.
