Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) aged at least 18 years old; 2) were confirmed by stroke diagnosis standard in 1994 fourth national cerebrovascular disease conference to determine the examination, combined with clinical symptoms and imaging; 3) onset time between 6 to 24 hours; 4) imaging confirmation (CTA/MRA/DSA) intracranial and extracranial arterial occlusion; 5) received endovascular treatment; 6) get informed consent from the patient or the patient's legally authorized representative.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) patients who had a mental illness or cognitive impairment and could not live normally; 2) patients who refused to participate in this study; 3) other patients who were not suitable for this study, such as contrast agent allergy, infective endocarditis, life expectancy less than 12 months, etc.
