Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Between the ages of 65 and 90, male and female; 2. ASA I-III level; 3. Willing to participate in this study and able to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe lower back skin infection, lumbar spine disease isosceles contraindications; 2. Coagulation dysfunction; 3. Severely impaired vision or hearing; 4. History of mental illness, epilepsy or medication; 5. Patients with a history of cerebrovascular events (such as cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage) and brain trauma.
