Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Hypertensive patients aged 18-75 years; (2) All selected subjects have personal mobile phones and can be applied and operated skillfully; (3) All subjects met the diagnostic criteria of 2018 Chinese Guidelines for Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension. (4) Those who sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant women, women planning to conceive or lactating; (2) Patients with malignant tumors; (3) Those with dementia or complicated mental illness and severe neurosis; (4) Those who do not want to follow up.
