Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery, and patients of thoracic surgery planning to undergo endoscopic surgery in West China Hospital of Sichuan University; 2. aged from 18-75 years old; 3. ASA grade I to II; 4. Signed informed consent; 5. Agreed to introvenous patient-controlled analgesia; 6. Can use postoperative analgesia pump correctly.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ental illness, hearing impairment, speech impairment; 2. ages more than 75 years old or less than 18 years old; 3. Body mass index (BMI) >=35kg/m2, or <=18kg/m2; 4. History of anaesthetic allergy; 5. History of chronic pain or use of any pain reliever more than 1 month; 6.A long history of smoking and drinking; 7. History of opioid abuse; 8. Combined with neuromuscular disease; 9. sensory abnormalities; 10. Dermatitis or redness of damaged skin at test site; 11. Any patient whom inappropriate for inclusion in this study as the investigator considers.
