Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 50 to 75 years old, no brain dysfunction, able to cooperate and correctly understand Chinese and express volunteers; 2. Grade I to III of the American Association of Anesthesiologists; 3. patients who underwent elective total knee arthroplasty and received regional analgesia after operation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiovascular disease, obvious abnormality of liver and kidney function or abnormal blood coagulation; 2. long-term use of opioids (using opioids every day or almost every day for more than 3 months); 3. neuropathological changes of affected limbs or history of operation or trauma of lower extremities before operation 4. diabetes mellitus complicated with peripheral neuropathy; 5. people who abuse alcohol or drugs, or who are allergic to any drugs (local anesthetics, etc.) used in this study.
