Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnostic criteria for septic shock recommended by the diagnostic criteria for Sepsis 3.0, with clinical manifestations of shock and hypoperfusion, and a clear diagnosis of septic shock; 2. aged >=18 years; 3. patients without spontaneous breathing and completely relying on mechanical ventilation; 4. The blood pressure and heart rate fluctuations were less than 10% within 15 minutes before the test, and the hemodynamics was relatively stable.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Primarily judge that those who may die within 24 hours at the end of the disease; 2. Contraindications of volume loading test, such as: obvious volume overload, severe arrhythmia, cardiogenic shock, etc .; 3. unable to use pulse to indicate continuous cardiac output Patients who need to be monitored; 4. Severe patients who need intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation or artificial membrane pulmonary oxygenation.
