Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All NAFLD patients who met the diagnostic criteria for nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and were willing to undergo liver biopsy. However, there were 80 non-obese NAFLD patients (BMI<25kg/m^2) with elevated ALT, AST or GGT, and 40 non-nafld patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) suspected hepatocellular carcinoma; 2) complicated with viral hepatitis, drug-induced liver injury, autoimmune liver disease, primary biliary cirrhosis and hepatolenticular degeneration;Diseases such as chromopathy and - antitrypsin deficiency; 3) decompensated liver disease with one of the following indications: serum albumin 34.2 mol/L; 7) incomplete information.
