18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-60 years, male. 2. Voluntarily accept spinal X-ray and MRI. 3. Imaging examination show there is no outer annulus fibrosus rupture. There is no free nucleus pulposus breaking through the outer annulus fibrosus or herniating into the spinal canal. 4. Fusion should be performed during the operation based on the patient's condition and some or all of the annulus fibrous, nucleus pulposus and cartilage end plates need to be removed. 5. Voluntarily sign the Surgery Consent. 6. Voluntarily bear the cost of diagnosis and treatment. 7. Voluntarily sign the "Subject Informed Consent" and participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital scoliosis. 2. Responsible disc with other DDD, including degenerative spondylolisthesis, isthmic spondylolisthesis, degenerative scoliosis, etc. 3. Responsible and adjacent disc with spinal tuberculosis, intervertebral infection, spinal bone tumor, etc. 4. Non-contained lumbar disc herniation caused by outer annulus fibrosus rupture which is confirmed by imaging examination or intraoperative observation. 5. Uncontrollable mental symptoms.
