Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. At the time of signing the informed consent, aged 18 to 60 years old; 2. Accord with the indication of laparoscopic gastric sleeve resection and perform laparoscopic gastric sleeve resection; 3. Understand and sign the informed consent, if illiterate, press the fingerprint; 4. Patients without diabetes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to implement the catering instructor of case manager after joining the group; 2. Poor compliance of patients, failure to follow up on time for 2 times or refusal to follow up; 3. Voluntary withdrawal of the patient;
