Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria of subjects are Chinese people who are aged 60 years or above, speak Chinese, and are able to engage in card game or board game for two hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria are people who cannot read Chinese or are uncommunicable because of language barrier or sensory impairment.
