Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with first-episode ischemic stroke who meet the diagnostic criteria revised by the Fourth Academic Conference on cerebrovascular diseases and are diagnosed by CT and / or MRI of the head; 2. Aged >=18 years; 3. With stable condition and good mental state; 4. Barthel Index 40 to 80; 5. Normal language function and has certain reading ability; 6. has a smart phone and can access the Internet at any time; 7. Qualified after app training; 8. Informed consent and voluntary participation in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. severe aphasia, cognitive impairment, visual and hearing impairment; 2. With other malignant diseases; 3. be involved in other similar interventions.
