Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Digestive endoscopy or imaging results confirmed as a tumor; (2) Surgical treatment or other treatment after diagnosis; (3) Preoperative biochemical and other routine examination, postoperative pathology or genetic testing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The patient has obvious colon perforation peritonitis septic shock; (2) Patients with previous abdominal surgery related to surgical history; (3) Patients with severe cardiopulmonary diseases who cannot tolerate endoscopy or surgical operations; (4) Patients with coagulation dysfunction; (5) Patients or family members do not agree with the treatment plan.
