Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years, female or male; 2. ASA I-III; 3. ALLEN test negative; 4. First hip or knee replacement; 5. Participants accept surgical treatment and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe hypertension: grade 3, coronary heart disease, severe hepatic and renal dysfunction; 2. Use antihistamines before surgery; 3. Food or drug allergies.
