Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients were diagnosed as acute myeloid leukemia and received allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation 2-3 months later. 2. Aged 18-65 years. 3. Physical strength score 0-3 (ECoG standard); 4. No obvious active infection and graft-versus-host disease; 5. The leukocyte count in the first month after transplantation was higher than 1.5 x 10^9 / L; 6. Serum creatinine = 50%, no pericardial effusion confirmed by echocardiography, no clinically significant abnormality found by ECG.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The recurrence of primary disease after transplantation; 2. Central system leukemia; 3. Serious infection; 4. Acute graft-versus-host disease; 5. The subjects judged by the researchers are difficult to complete all the visits or operations required by the study plan (including the follow-up visits), or the compliance of participating in the study is insufficient.
