Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with JOAG with an IOP more than 21 mmHg or progressive deterioration of visual field defects on maximal medication or intolerant of glaucoma medication; 2. Age ranging from 10 to 35 years old; 3. Patients who could understand and write the consent independenly before surgery; 4. Patients who could be able to complete follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of ocular trauma; 2. With uveitis,retinitis pigmentosa,central retinal artery occlusion,branch retinal artery,cilioretinal artery occlusion; 3. Corneal opacity; 4. The disease which can influence the IOP,include thyroid related ophalmopathy,intraocular or intraorbital tumor; 5. History of serious systemic disease; 6. Women who were pregnant or lactating.
