Inclusion criteria: 1. Kindergarten children (4-6 years old), Harbin Medical University students (24-26 years old), Harbin Medical University cleaning staff (40-58 years old); 2. Voluntary participation, signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria: Combined with other diseases.
