Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Orthotopic liver transplantation patients, aged >=18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Except liver, other organs such as heart, lung and kidney function are seriously impaired; patients with hypothyroidism; patients with hypermagnesemia; other researchers think it is not suitable for this study
