Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy for benign lesions before surgery, and intraoperative or postoperative pathology suggesting gallbladder cancer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. can not expressed or understood informed consent; 2. unable or unwilling to complete communication research
