Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The case group: (1) referring to the clinical practice guidelines of the American academy of ophthalmology for age-related macular degeneration in 2008, hospitalized patients who received treatment at shantou university-cuhk joint shantou international ophthalmic center and met the diagnostic criteria for age-related macular degeneration; (2) voluntary acceptance of psychological scale survey; The control group: (1) patients receiving medical examination at the same time; (2) there was no abnormality in dilated pupil fundus examination (3) voluntary acceptance of psychological scale survey.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) history of combined mental disorders; (2) patients with other eye diseases that affect visual function; (3) patients with severe systemic diseases cannot cooperate with the examination; (4) drug or alcohol dependence; (5) cognitive impairment or severe mental retardation; (6) recent sudden emotional events; (7) have taken any psychotropic drugs; (8) With history of mental disorders; (9) With fundus or intraocular surgery history.
