Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The CRL was measured by ultrasound during the last menstrual period or early pregnancy.No abnormality of fetal structure was found in the screening of macromalformation during middle pregnancy. Prenatal ultrasound examination data are complete, with ultrasonic measurement data within 2 weeks before birth; Gestational weeks 28 to 41 weeks.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The fetus has obvious structural malformation or chromosome abnormality; Smoking, drinking, drug abuse, etc. In the first half year of pregnancy or in the early stage of pregnancy: a history of virus infection in early pregnancy or a history of taking teratogenic drugs; History of exposure to toxic substances or high dose radiation in the first half year or early pregnancy. The outcome of pregnancy was not followed up after the delivery.
