Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Digital subtraction angiography (DSA) angiography requires stent-assisted embolization; 2. Diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms and rejection of craniotomy; 3. Age > 18 years old; 4. Sign the informed consent form. 5. Improve the thrombus elasticity before and after surgery. 6. Complete DWI-MRI examination after the operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiovascular disease or cerebral ischemic stroke; 2. Severe hepatic or renal dysfunction, malignant disease, chronic inflammatory disease, significant coagulopathy; or an infectious condition at study Entry.rrrrrrrrr
