Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. With informed consent signed; 2. Aged between 20 and 30 years;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of upper respiratory tract infection 2 weeks prior to the study; 2. patients with neuromuscular disease, thoracic disease, respiratory disease; nasopharynx disease (e.g., nasal septum deviation, nasal inflammation, nasal trauma, tonsillectomy, etc.) or nasopharynx surgical history; 3. long-term or regularly take the drug that affects the heart and lung function; 4. the person with a smoking history.
