50 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the PHN diagnostic criteria and the lesions involve unilateral chest and back (T3-T12 spinal nerve distribution area); 2. Age: 50-70 years; 3. NRS >= 6 points; 4. Signed informed consent and did not participate in other clinical trials at the same time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiovascular disease with atrial and ventricular arrhythmias and pacemaker installation; 2. Clearly diagnosed neuropsychiatric diseases such as dementia, Parkinson's syndrome, myasthenia gravis, schizophrenia, epilepsy, etc .; 3. Patients with malignant tumors and cachexia; 4. Opioid allergy and history of abuse; 5. Hearing and speech impairment.
