Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with clinical diagnosis of open-angle glaucoma or healthy volunteers; 2. Voluntary participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with other eye diseases; (2) Patients with idiopathic cranial hypertension; (3) People with symptoms of acute chronic retinol poisoning; (4) Those who are being treated with retinol drugs, and those who consume more than one portion of liver per week, or those who take retinol> 500IU or> 800ug per day.
