17 Years to 49 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 25-28 weeks pregnancy; 2. Patient health questionnaire (PHQ-9) score >=5; 3. Willing to take part in the program and sign the inform consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe mental disorders, such as schizophrenia, mood disorder, organic disorders and so on; 2. Intellectual disability and diseases that may affect the learning ability; 3. Undergoing psychotherapy or any other psychological intervention.
