Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 ~ 44 years old; Men and women; 2. accord with the standard of depression of the DSM - 5 (mild or moderate); 3. the BDI - II > 13 points; 4. without suicidal ideation; 5. Unwilling to take antidepressant drugs; 6. junior middle school culture level above; 7. right-handed; 8. participants fully understand the research content, agreed to participate in research and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. organic mental disorder, mental developmental disorders, psychiatric disorders such as a history of mental illness; 2. the history of mental illness treatment resistance; History of drug treatment significantly cognitive defects.The history of electroconvulsive therapy; 3. serious disease of heart, liver, or kidney; Pregnancy and lactation women; 4. with a history of nervous system illness or injury; loss of consciousness > 5 min caused by Head trauma (or cognitive impairment Heritage); 5. with a history of drug or alcohol dependence; 6. family history of serious mental illness; 7. have received mindfulness, or accept the related technical training or treatment; 8. all existing MRI contraindications, or magnetic resonance examination revealed brain abnormalities.
