Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patient older than 18 years old; 2. within 7 days after the onset of acute ischemic stroke (AIS) or transient ischemic attack (TIA); 3. patients sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who are finally diagnosed as other cerebrovascular diseases (hemorrhagic stroke, cerebral vein sinusitis, etc.) or non cerebrovascular diseases; 2. there are serious medical diseases, such as heart failure, respiratory failure, acute and chronic liver and kidney insufficiency, digestive system tumor and blood system diseases; 3. history of mental illness; 4. pregnancy; 5. other clinical researchers at the same time.
