Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 10 to 16 years; 2. Sanders stage 0-7; 3. Cobb angle 10-50 degrees; 4. Be able to attend all exercise sessions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Post operative AIS patients or other daignosis rather than AIS
