Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients undergoing craniotomy; 2. aged 20-90 years; 3. agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. rejection and unclear attitude by the patient or family member; 2. the attending physician or researcher considering that there are other circumstances that make it inappropriate to participate in this study.
