Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18-75 years; 2. the first symptom of the subject was damage to the central nervous system or eyes, and the lesion was confined to the central nervous system or eyes; 3. non-hodgkin's lymphoma was confirmed by histopathology and immunohistochemistry; 4. no systemic involvement of lymphatic hematopoietic tissues or other systems was found by rigorous physical examination and auxiliary examination; 5. assessment of disease progression or recurrence after total cranial radiotherapy and two or more regiments-including high-dose methotrexate-based regiments-after chemotherapy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. female pregnancy; 2. no pathological examination confirmed lymphoma; 3. the tumor involves other parts of the central nervous system; 4. severe cardiac, liver or renal insufficiency; 5. allergy or contraindication to any drug involved in the program; 6. he also suffers from malignant tumors of other organs; 7. active stage of patients with HAV, HBV, HCV and tuberculosis, and hiv-positive patients; 8. inability to understand or follow research protocols.
