Dex loading group:Dex loading dose 3ug/kg/h,10min+Propofol loading dose 1mg/kg+maintenance dose 0.5-1mg/kg/h
Dex group:Dex loading dose 3ug/kg/h,10min+maintenance dose 0.4ug/kg/h+Propofol loading dose 1mg/kg+maintenance dose 0.5-1mg/kg/h

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA class 1-3; Aged 65-89 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Liver and kidney insufficiency; Allergy to the dexmedetomidine, propofol or any opioid; Gastroesophageal reflux disease; the baseline blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) was less than 90; the heart rate was less than 50 beats/min; the systolic blood pressure was less than 90 mmHg
