Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. over 60 years old; 2. MNA<=23.5; 3. be able to understand the whole process of this study and sign the informed consent voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. obvious liver and kidney diseases (ALT or ast 2-3 times higher than the upper limit of normal, T-Bil 1.5 times higher than the upper limit of normal, or Cr > 115 umol/L); 2. severe arrhythmia, unstable or severe angina pectoris and cardiac insufficiency (NYHA grade III/IV); 3. suffer from chronic consumptive diseases such as malignant tumor and tuberculosis, hematopathy, psychosis, autoimmune diseases, obvious digestive and absorption disorders, and suffer from acute cerebrovascular diseases in the past 6 months; 4. those who have taken oral nutrition supplement (ONS) according to the standard (400kcal / day) before selection; 5. mental disorders and cognitive impairment; 6. those who do not tolerate the nutritional preparations used in this test.
